policies that romney now is at very kateing and that obama has kept in place by keeping those budget-busting bush tax cuts as part of our system these four years. neither one of them will talk about our incarceration rate in this country. it's a huge problem. we have 2--almost 2.4 million people behind bars and there are racist implication there is with the war on drugs, which is a completely failed policy. neither of these parties will talk about it, but it impacts millions of people. we have a half million people now in prison and jail because of drug offenses. when the war on drugs was first commenced, there were fewer than 40,000, now there are over 500,000 people behind bars. three out of four people, although blacks and whites do drugs at the same rate. the studies show that. three out of four people imprisoned on drug offenses are black people. 50%-- >> cenk: we're out of time, but i got to ask you one more question. president obama is he a liberal a centrist or in your opinion is he right wing. >> i think he's way right of center. this man has violated every promise he made.

will, he will, just as it was up to his father when his father released 11 or 12 years when he set the standard. >> if i was barack obama, i would remind the american people that we have employers who will require a drug test. we have employers that will ask for your facebook password. we have all kinds of standards that employers require of us that you would think actually seem more invasive to me rather than simply showing us that you pay taxes and you're within the law for the next 10 years or so. my personal opinion is we need a bill that says that when you take the nomination for your party, your tax returns become public records. >> i think you're right paul. i don't think that will ever happen in a free society. i don't think you can make that law in a free society. i thank you for the call. i remind you mitt romney gave john mccain 22 years of tax records which tells me he's much more enthusiastic about being vice president. it's the bill press show. we'll be right back. dose of politics from a fresh perspective. >>i'm a slutty bob hope. the troops love me. >>only on current tv

after all-all. >> fox has had this problem for months, most of the year they've had this very serious problem where they have what appears to be a legitimate polling operation and time and again whether it is obama's approval rating or hitting obama up against romney, time and again consistently, they've shown obama doing well. fox has been in the corner not knowing what to do. this has gone on all year. they bury the polls and look for the silver linings but now it is incredibly embarrassing because they're telling all of the viewers, none of the polls can be trusted and -- >> stephanie: i can't blame them. >> how would you like to be the head of polling at fox news and -- >> stephanie: i have more bad news. >> telling the viewers you're a schmuck and you don't know what you're doing. >> stephanie: i can't wait for election night. it turns out everything we've been saying is -- do not believe us. >> bouquet of flowers as an apology. >> they have to. poor karl rove will be tearing his hair out if he had any left. >> stephanie: eric boehlert remains in the side sidecar. we continue wit
